VerShep FDE Training Platform
A CPF-governed training prototype designed to help engineers practice the decisions, evidence and recovery habits behind forward-deployed work.
Record reviewed November 3, 2026. Delivery progress and public availability are reported separately.

I am developing a training experience that connects realistic operating decisions with inspectable evidence and constructive feedback, rather than treating a quiz score as professional readiness.
Other directors, contributors, partners and specialists retain credit for their respective work. No whole-organization outcome is attributed to one person by implication.
Practice. Inspect. Improve.
Open a step for its purpose and current boundary. This is a portfolio explanation, not a connected product session.
01Understand the operating problem+
Begin with a bounded authored scenario and make the intended outcome clear.
02Practice and inspect the evidence+
Keep attempts, assistance and formative checks visible instead of compressing everything into a score.
03Review, recover and try again+
Use feedback and recoverable attempts to guide learning. Missing or incomparable evidence is not a competency judgment.
Learn the work, not just the terminology.
The initial direction is new-hire transition into forward-deployed engineering, with ongoing development over time. The current prototype includes an authored case-linking simulation, explicit failure states, resumable local attempts and evidence-aware progress functions.
A prototype with concrete progress and honest limits.
Project records retain local service and recovery checks, a successful pinned Unity import/compile, and 59 passing project-local checks from October 26. These are recorded author-run results, not new tests performed for this portfolio update. The complete runtime journey, accessibility, device performance and Human experience acceptance remain pending.
Keep learning evidence in context.
The design keeps assistance, task coverage and evidence quality visible. A practice pass is not independent competency, and proposed progress trends are not psychometric validation. Future enterprise, billing and optional VR work require their own qualification; none is advertised as available.
What supports this record.
Public presentation, owner-confirmed delivery and internal verification are labeled separately.
Owner-maintained prototype record
Local source, test and Unity import records were reviewed November 3. No private source code, learner records or executable download is published.
Current release boundary
Windows runtime experience qualification and separate Human acceptance are still open. Optional headset and enterprise work remain future stages.
