A mission people can find and understand.

I established a public website that explains the developing program, its music and mentorship focus, and the next step for families, volunteers and supporters. The presentation distinguishes the planned program from confirmed enrollment arrangements.

I delivered the adult inquiry process and worked through the real hosting, notification, access and recovery checks behind it. Caregiver and volunteer routes are visible early and remain distinct. Human follow-up, not an automated enrollment promise, closes the loop.

Operating capability behind the public face.

All four directors have working organization email accounts; device setup was confirmed in my November 1 operating record. I also established a CPF-driven AI development and operations team with bounded assignments, review and Human acceptance. I continue to run board meetings and help automate appropriate administrative and software-development work.
