The Digital
Entity Platform.

DEP is the Entity, supervision, review, and continuity engine behind VerShep. It gives consequential AI-assisted work a persistent operational identity without pretending that software owns Human judgment.

A DEP Entity carries a named owner, declared role, bounded scope, lifecycle, evidence history, review state, corrections, and continuity across changing models, agents, tools, and environments.

Persistent ResponsibilityIdentity, Evidence, And Corrections Travel Together.

DEP keeps the responsible Entity, Human owner, scope, review state, and correction history intact while models, tools, and operating environments change.

The Missing Operational Object

Identity Is Not Authority; Activity Is Not Responsibility.

An agent account can identify software. A trace can record activity. Neither automatically defines the purpose, authority, Human owner, review standard, correction history, or accepted outcome associated with consequential work.

01

Human Owner

Names the person accountable for supervision, acceptance, correction, revocation, or escalation.

02

Declared Role

Defines what the Entity coordinates and the outcome it exists to support.

03

Bounded Scope

Records permissions, non-goals, budgets, expiration, denied actions, and stop conditions.

04

Lifecycle

Preserves creation, active work, review, suspension, supersession, and retirement as explicit states.

05

Review State

Keeps pending, accepted, rejected, corrected, escalated, revoked, and superseded outcomes distinct.

06

Continuity

Carries approved history, evidence, corrections, and evaluations across models and runtimes.

CPF And DEP

Two Foundations; One Accountable Outcome Path.

CPF governs the work contract and the source-to-acceptance path. DEP preserves the responsible Entity, its supervision, review state, corrections, and accepted history. VerShep turns both foundations into an AI Outcome Assurance product system.

CPFWhat Governs The Work?

Sources, contract, authority, execution evidence, verification, cost, and acceptance criteria.

DEPWho Coordinates And Preserves It?

Entity identity, ownership, scope, lifecycle, supervision, corrections, and continuity.

VERSHEPWhat Can a Human Accept?

A portable outcome record with visible evidence, unresolved findings, and a named decision owner.

Persistent Does Not Mean Autonomous

A persistent Entity can maintain identity, scope, evidence, and correction history across many work sessions. That continuity is valuable because models and tools change; the accountable operating record should not disappear with the runtime.

Persistence does not grant unlimited authority. Every Entity remains attached to a Human owner and a declared operational contract. When scope expires, evidence becomes stale, a blocking condition appears, or the decision exceeds delegated authority, the correct behavior is to stop or escalate.

Corrections Become Durable Capability

Rejected work should produce more than another prompt. DEP is designed to preserve accepted corrections as tests, policies, sources, verifier rules, evaluations, or review guidance. The system should become less likely to repeat the same expensive ambiguity.

The responsible Entity continues; Human review turns a failed outcome into reusable evidence, policy, or evaluation instead of another disconnected prompt.

Current Status And Honest Scope

DEP is publicly available in Early Access. Free requires no payment; Founding Early Access Pro uses live Stripe-hosted checkout at $39 monthly or $390 annually. Free includes one managed Passport outcome each month; Pro includes up to 50 monthly within plan limits. The product remains explicit about beta capability and does not claim autonomous approval, guaranteed correctness, custody, signing, deployment authority, or replacement of identity, audit, security, observability, or governance systems.

Public Access

Begin Free; Expand When The Work Recurs.

Both plans preserve Human decision authority. Pro increases working capacity; it does not purchase automatic acceptance or remove the need for responsible review.

One Active Project; Three Active Reviews

Prepare bounded evidence, record Human decisions, use guided software, Solana, EVM, operations, and custom starters, export Change Passports, and use one managed Passport outcome each month.

Persistent Responsibility

Preserve The Entity; Keep The Human In Authority.

DEP is publicly available under VerShep alongside CPF; together they support evidence-qualified, Human-accepted outcomes across changing AI systems.
